About Us
With deep roots in early Canadian manufacturing, we recognize the many generations of employees whose values have sustained us through decades of change and growth. Since the 1950s, we have manufactured brick in the Ontario, sourcing all our raw materials locally. Today, we operate two manufacturing facilities in Ontario – Burlington and Aldershot – and are a leading brick supplier for residential and commercial builders in Canada.
While we cherish our history, as an organization we’re always engaged in our commitment to the environment. We continuously evolve our operations to conserve resources and institute better practices. Our recently formed Sustainability Committee helps hone our focus, formalize our initiatives, and involve our employees at every level to advance environmentally conscious operations.
While our name has changed over the years, we proudly returned to the Canada Brick brand when acquired by General Shale. At that time, we joined Arriscraft, the stone products group of General Shale, in Canadian operations. Together with Arriscraft, and a complement of General Shale products, we offer the Canadian marketplace a truly world-class masonry selection.
Homebuyers, builders, and architects can look to Canada Brick and Arriscraft for design expertise, technical support, and unparalleled product selection when planning high-quality masonry exteriors for residential and commercial projects.
