544 Bridgeport Road

In recent years, several churches in Kitchener-Waterloo have repurposed their properties or used their land to create new affordable housing for their community. In 2020, St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church partnered with Beyond Housing and Parents for Community Living to create 544 Bridgeport Road, a 5-storey building with 48 units, including 12 fully accessible units.

This unique development includes a strong community focus, with many shared areas including a kitchen, garden, and worship space. This engaging exterior features the playful patchwork look of our Sunnybrook Blend combined with dark, modern metal panels.
